Zamri Nizam

Zamri Nizam is currently the managing partner of the Firm. He is responsible for the operations and development of the strategic plans of the Firm. He holds a Bachelor in Accountancy from a reputable University and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
In year 2005, he applied professional membership from Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and joined as member with MIA no 24629. In additions, he holds practicing certificate (PC3737) from Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). Nevertheless, he started his own practice on August, 2013 henceforth. He also holds dual international professional membership which is a member Institute of Public Accountants, Australia (IPA) and associate member Institute of Financial Accountants, United Kingdom (IFA) with membership number IPA263681.
He has over 15 years of professional experience in public practice. Prior to this, he served as a Principal in the state of Pahang from one of the leading medium size public accounting firm in Malaysia where he has obtained vast experience in the profession. He has involved in a number of statutory audit of government agencies/big corporations, as well as corporate exercises such as financial due diligence review and internal audit.
With his resourceful experience coupled with his excellent communication skills and pragmatic approaches, he is able to provide valuable advice and services to clients in wide range of industries. He offers the ideal combination of practical experience, expertise and the people skills necessary to ensure the clients receive quality service and successful results.
He also has vast work experience as Group Finance Manager, Head Department of finance and accounts in total logistics services and international freight forwarding. In this role, he directs all financial aspects of the business including accounting practices, budgeting, financial planning, interface with the financial community, financial analysis, acquisitions and ventures and monitoring of financial performance.
In the past, he also enjoyed whilst liaising with international freight & forwarding agents from North America (US), Europe (Spain, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland. Belgium, Russia), Scandavia (Sweden), Australasia (Australia), Middle East (U.A.E) and Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, India China, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Vietnam).

In Malaysia, the word ‘accountant’ is protected under the provisions of the Accountants Act 1967 (sections 22 and 23), which states that no one can hold himself out or practice as an accountant unless he is registered as a member of MIA.
ZNMS (NF1232) was established since 2013. We're new comers of chartered accounting firm specialising in account and secretarial services for a range of private and closely held public Malaysian businesses.
